Steve has managed teams of over 100 people with budgets exceeding £70M, and has delivered award-winning projects in the challenging public sector — a testament to his ability to lead high-stakes programmes with rigour, accountability, and genuine care for outcomes.
His breadth of experience spans technical delivery, programme leadership, and strategic consulting — giving him a rare ability to operate credibly at every level of an organisation, from hands-on delivery teams through to executive stakeholders.

With over 10 years of experience in Data, AI, and advanced analytics, Thomas has spent his career building and scaling high-performing Data teams, with a strong focus on Data Science, Machine Learning, and modern data-driven transformation.
Throughout this time, he has worked closely with organisations to design and deliver strategic Data capabilities that move beyond reporting and insight — enabling real operational and commercial impact through data and AI.
Alongside his consulting and delivery experience, Thomas is the founder of AI Downloaded, a platform focused on exploring practical applications of AI and emerging technologies, and the CDO & CIO Roundtable Group — a senior network of data and technology leaders. Through this community, he has built strong relationships with some of the most experienced and influential leaders across Data, AI, and technology, creating a trusted space for knowledge sharing, discussion, and collaboration at executive level.
His work sits at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and leadership — helping organisations not only adopt Data and AI technologies, but also build the internal capability and operating models required to sustain long-term success.
