Our Story
Why we built Imperium.
Imperium Data Consulting was founded by Steve Pullee and Thomas Husselby — two practitioners who between them bring over 35 years of experience in IT delivery, Data, and AI. Both had spent their careers working inside large organisations and alongside major consultancies, and both had seen the same pattern repeat itself: strong strategies that never translated into delivered outcomes.
Too often, organisations were sold vision without execution. Frameworks without follow-through. Recommendations without accountability. The gap between what was promised and what was delivered was consistent — and costly.
Imperium was built to close that gap. We are a consultancy that takes equal responsibility for strategy and delivery — one that measures its success not by the quality of its proposals, but by the outcomes it creates for clients.
